Lee College — Rundell Hall

Pieper had the privilege of assisting in the renovation of Rundell Hall. This 41,799 sq. ft. building was originally built in the 1950s and includes both classrooms and a conference center. Throughout the nine month project, Pieper installed the transformer, backup generator, fire alarm, data, security, sound and stage lighting. Pieper also replaced the exterior switchgear. Also on the project were Durotech, BGK Architects and JSE Consulting Engineers.
