Clear Creek Education Village

United by a central commons area, this unique facility is the first of its kind in Texas. The 700,000 sq. ft. village is home to three schools: the elementary, intermediate and high school.

As key players in its construction, Pieper put in more than 156,000 man hours by the time the village was complete. It is equipped with security cameras, smart boards for the classrooms and fire alarms that alert staff if there’s a problem anywhere on the site, not just in one building. Gilbane was contracted for the project, which was completed May of 2010.
