Parc Binz

Parc Binz, a five-story, 141,000 sq. ft. building, sits conveniently in the Museum District, and will serve as a new medical office suite and retail center. Working with Linbeck Group and Energy Architecture, Pieper is installing the electrical and fire alarm systems. The building’s central location, blocks away from the METRORail, museums and other attractions, makes this site a heavily trafficked area, which can be tricky for construction crews to work around.

Parc Binz was completed in January 2014.
