We've designed, installed and maintained hundreds of projects, ranging from simple repairs of switchgear to the design/build of a facility as large as 430,000 sq. ft. Our experience within a varied range of projects helps us to get complete new projects with speed and proficiency.

In addition, we've been blessed to partner with great architectural and engineering firms, general contractors, subcontractors and more to produce landmark buildings that serve our community. We work with diligence and tenacity with our partners to create structures that better assist the city of Houston.

West Memorial Place

Pieper is proud to have helped with The West Memorial Place, a 12-story office building with 9-level parking garage targeting LEED Gold Certification. The building features a fitness center, showers, lockers, on-site café and access to hiking and biking trails.

Pieper installed the electrical, lighting and fire alarm and partnered with Skanska, HOK Houston and Wylie Consulting Engineers.
