Located in the northwest industrial corridor, Forum Energy Technologies needed an extremely quick turnaround for this $1.2 million project — just 90 days.

The 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse features 25 ft. racking with aisles, and Pieper had to take extra special care to ensure the lighting was centered precisely. Using laser equipment, Pieper determined where to put lights based on the column structure, said Pieper Project Manager Reno Luxardo.

“The most difficult part about the project was that Pieper had to complete the main service in 3 days,” said Pieper Project Foreman Eric Nicasio.
