Keeping your goals in mind, we focus on designing and installing electrical systems that adhere to industry safety requirements, LEED standards and market-leading practices. A distinctive offering from Pieper, our in-house BIM capabilities ensure that the electrical installation does not interfere with other systems. In doing so, BIM reduces rework and change orders, allows for safer, more effective structures and provides faster project delivery. BIM, or Building Information Modeling, is virtual coordination of a project with the use of 3D modeling. BIM helps Pieper coordinate with other trades on their respective roles before installation, as well as with design and cost estimates.
